For clients of PacketSplash that require technical support, please download and run the software from the link on our Remote Support page. Your call will be handled by one of our friendly System Administrators during normal business hours of 7 am to 7 pm, Pacific Time (PT). You will be asked for the session ID and predefined password that comes up automatically when you download the software from the link below.
